Dinner for two in the main room of the restaurant, with a view from outside the kitchen.
An ad hoc menu will be created by the Chef and the culinary journey will be accompanied by a selection of wines by the sommelier.
Andrea Berton was born in Friuli in 1970. He began his adventure in the kitchen in Milan in Gualtiero Marchesi's brigade. His training continued in the best restaurants in the world.
From 1997 to 2001 he worked as a Chef at the Taverna di Colloredo di Monte Albano, earning his first Michelin star. In 2005 he began his collaboration with the Trussardi alla Scala Restaurant, where he received numerous awards, such as the first Michelin star in 2008 and the second in 2009, three Forks from Gambero Rosso in 2010 and three Hats in the Espresso guide in 2011. With a group of partners, in September 2012 he opened Pisacco Ristorante e Bar, and in 2013, DRY Milano Cocktail&Pizza.
His return to "his" cuisine took place with the opening of the Berton Restaurant, where he presented "modern dishes" with an enhancement of the basic ingredients, and the revelation of some little-known ingredients.
Opened in December 2013, the Restaurant that bears the Chef's name is characterized by a cuisine where the flavors are always recognizable to the palate and which, less than a year after opening, obtained a Michelin Star.
In March 2015 Berton was appointed EXPO Ambassador, in August 2016 the chef began his collaboration with Il Sereno, a luxury resort on Lake Como where he opened his restaurant “Berton Al Lago”.
In April 2017, the Chef inaugurated the New DRY Milano.
The experience will be held within 1 year of the auction being awarded, on a date to be agreed between the Berton Restaurant and the winner.
The dinner was donated by Berton.
