GOAL training ball signed by some Napoli's players, 1988 season.
History:
The ball was signed during Napoli's pre-championship summer retreat, August 1988, at the Hotel Villa delle Rose (Montecatini).
Napoli held this summer retreat before the Coppa Italia match played against Lo Spezia.
The owner of the ball, then a child, was on vacation with his family at the same hotel where Napoli decided to hold the retreat before the Coppa Italia match against Lo Spezia played on neutral ground in Livorno on 08/21/1988.
The child's father, a great fan of cameras, decided to immortalize several completely unpublished moments, collected in about 40 minutes in which you can admire real champions such as Maradona, Careca, Alemao just to name a few, who, far from the cameras of journalists, enjoy their days inside the hotel in total carefreeness.
The unreleased videos contain the exact moments in which the players signed the ball, making it a one-of-a-kind piece of memorabilia as it is impossible to have video evidence from such an early age.
