Giovanni Galli is a former Italian goalkeeper, known for his long career with Fiorentina, Milan and Napoli. With the Italian national team he was world champion in 1982 as a reserve and a starter at the 1986 World Cup. He won numerous trophies with Sacchi's Milan, including the Champions Cup and the Scudetto.
The shirt was signed by Galli on the front.
The shirt comes from the private collection of Emilio Ferretti, known to all as “Sghibbe”, historic Fiorentina warehouseman between the seventies and eighties.
