Quick bid

Description
Match boots issued/worn by Del Piero during the 1996/97 season, both with Juventus and Italy National team during the European championship played in 1996.
In the 1996–1997 season, in November, Del Piero with one of his goals, helped Juventus secure a spot in the Champions League quarter-finals with one match to spare, thanks to their fourth group-stage victory—a 1–0 win against Manchester United: until then, no Italian team had ever won at Old Trafford.
He also scored the decisive goal in the Intercontinental Cup final on November 26, 1996, against South American side River Plate.
Later, he lifted his third international trophy in less than a year against Paris Saint-Germain, recording a brace and two assists in the two-legged UEFA Super Cup final.
He played in his second consecutive Champions League final, coming on in the second half and scoring his 15th and final goal of the season shortly after stepping onto the pitch.
The boots are missing their soles.
