Del Piero Juventus worn boots
Quick bid

Description
Match boots issued/worn by Del Piero during the 1997/98 season with Juventus and with Italy National team during the European championship played in 1996.
He played the 1997–1998 season at a high level, immediately winning the Italian Super Cup. On October 1, 1997, away against Manchester United, he scored a goal just 20.12 seconds into the match — the fourth-fastest goal in Champions League history. By the end of the year, he was one of six Juventus players nominated for the Ballon d'Or.
On April 1, 1998, he scored a hat-trick against Monaco, surpassing Michel Platini in total Champions League goals and becoming Juventus’s all-time top scorer in the competition. He netted five goals in the group stage and five more in the knockout phase, paving the way for the club’s sixth Champions League final. On April 26, he scored against archrivals Inter, netting the goal that effectively set Juventus on course to win the Serie A title.
He concluded the season with 21 goals in Serie A, 10 in the Champions League, and one in the Coppa Italia, totaling 32 goals across all competitions. For the third consecutive year, he was included in the ESM Team of the Year and was honored with the AIC Oscar del Calcio award as the Best Italian Player for his performances in 1998.
The boots are missing their soles and features signs of wear, as visible in gallery.
The exclusive customization for the Bianconeri legend was stitched onto the boots.
