The medal is attached to a ribbon in the three colors of the Italian flag, green, white, and red, and is preserved in its official presentation box, which will be delivered to the auction winner. The top of the box features the Serie A logo.

The 37th edition of the Italian Super Cup, named EA SPORTS FC Supercup for sponsorship reasons, was held in Saudi Arabia from January 2 to 6, 2025, using the Final Four format, which included semifinals and a final.
The participating teams were:
- Inter, winners of the 2023/24 Serie A
- Juventus, winners of the 2023/24 Coppa Italia
- Milan, Serie A runners-up
- Atalanta, Coppa Italia finalists
The tournament was won by Milan, who defeated Inter 3–2 in the final, securing their eighth Super Cup title. With this victory, Milan equaled Inter in the competition’s all-time honors and became the first team to win the trophy as league runners-up.
