A 1.5-liter magnum bottle of Fiammarossa Rubicone Trebbiano IGT 2022.


The Rosa Fanti winery is located on the hills of Romagna overlooking the sea, where you can smell its scent and feel its breeze.

The vines are like the trees on our estate; they have tenacious roots that allow them to thrive and produce grapes rich in character.

We work in the vineyard to encourage the plants to self-regulate and defend themselves using low-impact agronomic practices with a particular focus on the soil.


The vines grow on the hills of Romagna overlooking the sea, where the temperature range between day and night ensures an ideal microclimate.

The soil here is very fertile, primarily clayey, with a sandy and calcareous base.

Vinification: Cold maceration and further fermentation of the whole crushed grapes in 16 HL amphorae, aged in 7.5-3-2 HL amphorae on the skins for 6 months. Racking and aging in amphorae for an additional 8 months.


Tasting Notes: A Trebbiano with an intense yellow color, the nose presents refined aromas of white fruits, persimmon, broom, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is full and enveloping. The minerality gives it grit. The fruit adds flavor. A complex and long finish.
