Castello di Cigognola is a winery located in the Oltrepò Pavese, which extends over a total of 36 hectares. The vineyards surround a 12th century castle, benefiting from soils with a diversified geological composition. The winemaking project focuses on Pinot Noir, exalted for its excellent phenolic maturation, ideal for producing high-end Metodo Classico wines, such as Pas Dosé, an authentic expression of the territory.
