Maria Paola hatbox with a selection of Biscottificio Mattei products, panettone and Couvée Royale antinori.


The "Maria Paola" Hatbox offers the Christmas selection of the Biscottificio Antonio Mattei: it contains a pack of 500 g Prato Biscuits, one 500 g pack of Biscuits with Dark Chocolate, one 500 g pack of Biscuits with Pistachio and Almond, a classic recipe Panettone and a bottle of Covée Royale tenuta Montenisa Antinori.


The Prato Biscuits are prepared with 5 simple ingredients: flour, sugar, free-range eggs, almonds and pine nuts, they do not contain preservatives, nor animal fats, nor vegetable fats.


The biscuits with Dark Chocolate and those with Pistachios and Almonds are made with the same dough as the Prato Biscuits, and instead of almonds and pine nuts, fine drops of dark chocolate (85% Cocoa) are added, or pistachios and almonds.


The classic panettone, a great expression of the Italian confectionery tradition. The magic of the sourdough that is renewed, the best flours, butter, eggs and sugar, expertly worked to create the rich leavened dough with the best candied orange peel and sultanas.


Couvée Royale is produced with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Piot Bianco grapes in the Tenuta Montenisa.

The stay on the yeasts enhances its intense aroma with notes of white peach, apple and hints of toasted bread.

It has a straw yellow color, a rich foam and a fine and persistent perlage.
