Classic Rosé method of Pinot Noir, soft pressing with immediate separation of the skins, fermentation in purity with selected yeasts at controlled temperature in steel tanks.

Subsequent foaming in the bottle with selected yeasts and refinement for at least 10 months on the yeasts after which the disgorgement and the dosage of the liqueur carefully selected from previous years complete the natural evolution of the product.
