Schreiner Earrings
Charity initiative supporting Soleterre FoundationDescription
These exquisite clip-on earrings, designed by Schreiner and made in the United States around the 1950s, represent a magnificent example of the elegance and refinement typical of postwar American costume jewelry.
They measure approximately 10 cm long by 4 cm wide and are distinguished by their rich, intricate structure, which enhances the play of light from the yellow and white rhinestone crystals. The large, teardrop-shaped central elements are masterfully set and surrounded by a constellation of small round and marquise crystals, creating a luminous, dynamic effect.
The gold setting adds warmth and depth to the yellow hues, while the symmetrical arrangement and balance between the various sizes of the stones lend the piece a sumptuous, theatrical character, typical of Schreiner creations.
