Real Madrid match shirt issued for / worn by Gareth Bale on the occasion of one of the two matches played against Viktoria Plzeň in the UEFA Champions League group stage, 2018/19 season.

Since the shirt features on the chest the commemorative patch celebrating the victory at the 2017 FIFA Club World Cup, and considering that on 22 December 2018 Real Madrid were crowned world champions again thus earning a new patch referring to the 2018 victory, this shirt can be attributed exclusively to a match from the 2018/19 Champions League group stage.

In that season, Gareth Bale wore the long-sleeved home shirt in the group stage only in the two matches played against Viktoria Plzeň:

• the match valid for Matchday 3 of the UEFA Champions League, played at the Santiago Bernabéu and ending in a 2–1 victory for Los Blancos;
• the return match, played on 7 November 2018, valid for Matchday 4 of the UEFA Champions League, which ended 5–0 in favour of Real Madrid. Bale scored the goal that made it 4–0.
