Liberian striker, one of the most celebrated forwards of the 1990s and the only African to have won the Ballon d’Or.
He wore the Rossoneri shirt from 1995 to 2000, making 147 total appearances and scoring 58 goals in all competitions for Milan. Weah was one of the starting strikers for the Milan side that won the 1998/99 Serie A title, coached by Alberto Zaccheroni. During the 1998/99 season, Weah played numerous Serie A and Coppa Italia matches at San Siro, where Rossoneri supporters averaged over 55,000 spectators for the season’s marquee fixtures.
