Nigeria used this shirt model at the World Cup in only two matches:
- Argentina vs Nigeria 2-1, played on June 25, 1994, in the group stage
- Nigeria vs Italy 1-2, played on July 5, 1994, in the Round of 16
This shirt model was also used during pre-World Cup friendly matches; however, in those cases, player names were not featured on the back.
