Commemorative San Siro Tour bottle produced for the weekend of the Milan derby played on 23 November 2002 at San Siro between AC Milan and Inter.

The bottle, dated 22 November 2002, depicts the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium with the crests of the two Milanese clubs and is a Bersi Serlini Cuvée n° 4 Brut Franciacorta D.O.C.G. in large 900 cl format.

The match, valid for the 11th round of the 2002/03 Serie A season, ended 1-0 in favour of AC Milan.

The 2002/03 Serie A season ended with Juventus winning the league title with 72 points. Behind them came Inter in second place with 65 points and AC Milan in third with 61 points. It was therefore a positive season for both Milanese clubs, although the Scudetto went to Juventus; AC Milan, however, ended the season by winning the 2002/03 Champions League, beating Juventus in the final.
