In fact, Juventus wore this specific shirt model (green away kit) in the UEFA Champions League on only two occasions:

1. Atletico Madrid vs Juventus, the second matchday of the group stage, won by Los Colchoneros thanks to a goal from Arda Turan.
2. Malmo vs Juventus, the fifth matchday of the group stage, which ended in a 2–0 victory for the Bianconeri. Tevez scored the second goal.

That season, Tevez played a key role in Juventus’ remarkable European campaign, scoring 5 goals in the UEFA Champions League and helping the Bianconeri reach the final, where they faced Barcelona.

The shirt shows signs of wear, possibly related to gaming actions, however, no photographic evidence of the same has been found and therefore it is not possible to guarantee beyond reasonable doubt that the shirt was actually worn in match (and not getting dirty in other ways over time).
