Zinédine Yazid Zidane, nicknamed "Zizou", is considered one of the best footballers in history. With the French national team he participated at three World Cup (France 1998, South Korea-Japan 2002 and Germany 2006) and three European championships (England 1996, Belgium-Netherlands 2000 and Portugal 2004). With the Bleus, he made 108 appearances and scored 31 goals.
He joined Real Madrid in 2001, becoming one of the key figures of the Galácticos era. With his elegance, technique and vision, he won the Champions League in 2002, scoring a legendary volley in the final.
After five seasons and several trophies, he left the club in 2006, becoming one of the greatest legends in Real Madrid history.
