XL Sounding Courgette Flower - Mariae Nivis 1567

An original courgette flower-shaped pendant, handmade in Tuscany from Sterling Silver 925, hand-painted and finished with low-temperature enamel. A small yet precious and unexpected object, bringing together the art of jewellery-making, the beauty of nature and the tradition of Italian craftsmanship. Born in the heart of Tuscany, Mariae Nivis 1567 creates jewellery and objects for the home inspired by nature, all handmade in a workshop housed within a former monastery dating back to 1567 in Pratovecchio. The lot also includes the recipe for “Batter for Frying Courgette Flowers”, taken from Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well by Pellegrino Artusi, to try and keep.
