Favola Gran Riserva is the mortadella par excellence of Salumificio Palmieri: branded and vacuum-packed in a branded wooden crate, it is delicate and stands out for the use of particularly fine meats.
The presence of Sale Dolce di Cervia and acacia honey make it particularly fragrant. Favola Gran Riserva uses Italian pork meats and those from farms in the Parma and San Daniele DOP circuit.
The mortadella is gluten-free, lactose-free, milk protein-free, GMO-free, glutamate-free and polyphosphate-free.
