It was 1962 when Aimo and Nadia Moroni, partners in work and life, opened their restaurant in via Montecuccoli in Milan; here, after more than 60 years, the restaurant that from a simple trattoria has become a starred restaurant is still located, led since 2012 by Chefs Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani who – together with Stefania Moroni, daughter of the founders – continue the path started by Aimo and Nadia, exalting an idea of cuisine that celebrates the ingredient, through a creative process that is the result of the work of many hands and minds: a happy synthesis of humanity, hospitality, taste memory, contemporary gesture and valorization of the gastronomic culture of our country.
