They prepare cream puffs, cannoncini, brioche (among the best in the world according to Condè Nast Traveler), Amor Polenta, Panettoni, Colomb, cakes and "savory sweets", pizzas, croissants with cooked ham, stuffed brioche, focaccia and sandwiches.
