Two three-liter Magnum bottles Villa Sparina Gavi

Description
From the first glance, this wine stands out for its straw yellow color with golden reflections, which announces finesse and maturity. On the nose, it opens with delicate aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit, enriched by citrus notes that give an immediate sensation of freshness and vitality. On the palate, it is full, rich and enveloping, with a softness that seduces the senses.
The sip is harmonious and well-balanced, enhanced by noble aromatic notes, an expression of a complete maturation of the grapes, which give the wine a decisive but elegant character. It is ideal to serve it at a temperature of 10-12 ° C, to fully appreciate its complexity and structure.
Produced for the first time in 1974, this wine is made exclusively from Cortese grapes from the Municipality of Gavi, a variety that best expresses the peculiarities of the territory. The vineyards are located on hills mainly exposed to South-South West, at an altitude between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, on a clay-marl soil that gives minerality and depth to the wine.
The training system adopted is Guyot, with a density of 4,200 vines per hectare and an average age of the vines of about 30 years, a detail that contributes to the complexity of the final product. The yield is around 90-95 quintals of grapes per hectare, ensuring a balanced production between quantity and quality.
The harvest takes place in mid-September, the ideal time to capture the perfect balance between freshness and ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a thermo-controlled temperature of 18°C, and lasts for about three weeks, respecting slow and natural times that allow the varietal aromas to be preserved in the best possible way.
A wine that embodies tradition, technique and territory, perfect for those looking for a white wine with character, capable of gracefully accompanying both the most delicate dishes and the most demanding tasting moments.
