Description

Milan match shirt issued for Boban in the match against PSG played on 20/02/2001, valid for the Champions League group stage, 2000/01 season.

The match ended 1-1.

For this match, Milan had prepared two shirt models: one white and one black. The team eventually took the field wearing the white model. As a result, the black model remains only as a prepared kit.

Both PSG and Milan had Opel as their main sponsor that season, but UEFA regulations prohibited two clubs from wearing the same sponsor when facing each other. For this reason, the Rossoneri exceptionally wore the “Corsa” logo instead of the usual branding. It was the only time in a Champions League match that the shirt featured that sponsor.

This memorabilia is part of the match supply made available to players during official competitions and is different in its features in relation to the ones sold in fanshops.
