Gabriel Batistuta, nicknamed Batigol, is a former Argentine footballer considered one of the greatest strikers of his era. He built the most significant part of his career in Italy, especially with Fiorentina (1991–2000), where he became an icon thanks to his spectacular goals and great loyalty to the team. In 2000 he moved to Roma, with whom he won the Scudetto in the 2000/01 season, contributing 20 goals. He played with the Giallorossi until 2003 before ending his career between Inter and Al-Arabi.


The shirt belongs to the private collection of Franco Baldini.
