Taglialatela Napoli match shirt - Signed

Description
Napoli match issued / worn shirt by Giuseppe Taglialatela in a Serie A match, 1996/97 season.
In the summer of 1993, Napoli entrusted the starting goalkeeper position to Pino Taglialatela, who went on to become an iconic figure between the posts for the Azzurri.
He played five Serie A seasons with the Neapolitan club, during which he earned the nickname "Batman", a tribute to his outstanding saves and his famous custom-made shirt featuring the bat symbol, designed by the goalkeeper himself, like the one now up for auction.
Thanks to his consistently high-level performances, he was frequently linked with a call-up to the Italian national team, although he never made an official appearance for the Azzurri. In the 1996-1997 season, Taglialatela was one of the key players in Napoli’s run to the Coppa Italia final, a title they narrowly missed after losing to Vicenza.
The shirt in question was customized specifically for him and features his sign on the back.
This memorabilia is part of the match supply made available to players during official competitions and is different in its features in relation to the ones sold in fanshops, it could have been worn during the match and washed after the end of the match or prepared for the match but then not used.
