The work is part of the "READ!" painting series: a project born from the desire to stimulate people's minds through letters, symbols, colors, and new perspectives, with a particular focus on those suffering from disabilities, neurological problems, or communication difficulties.

The work represents the word "THANK YOU" written in several languages, including Latin, painted partly on canvas and the remainder on wooden cubes, as a metaphor for a language capable of transcending the boundaries and usual patterns dictated by today's world, which has accustomed us to hastily viewing, reading, and writing. To read READ!, you must stop, read letter by letter, word by word, and, why not, imagine how you would compose it, what you would say or think, with complete freedom.

Elena Amodeo, aka Amo, was born in Milan and combines her work as an art consultant with that of an artist, graphic designer, and sommelier.
