Rafael Leao

Rafael Alexandre da Conceição Leão, known simply as Rafael Leão, is a Portuguese footballer who plays for AC Milan and the Portuguese national team.

He grew up in Sporting Lisbon, with which he debuted and won a Portuguese League Cup (2017-2018), in 2018 he moved to Lille. After only one season with the French he was bought by Milan, with whom he won an Italian championship (2021-2022).

On an individual level, he was named best player in Serie A (2021-2022) and best AIC player overall (2021-2022).
