


Intesa Sanpaolo
Active since January 1, 2007, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. was formed through the merger of two major Italian banking institutions: Banca Intesa and Sanpaolo IMI. Its legal and administrative headquarters are located in Turin, with a secondary office in Milan. The bank's origins date back to 1563, the year the Istituto Bancario San Paolo di Torino was founded—one of the oldest financial institutions in the country.
