Dott. Paolo Calori

Paolo Calori, born in Milan in 1969, graduated in Economics and Business from the Catholic University of Milan with a thesis on ethics in organizations, later published by AISL and Franco Angeli. He began his career focusing on business organization, development, and training, before specializing—starting in 2004—in personnel search and selection. Since 2016, he has also been working as a career and professional development advisor for employees, middle managers, and executives.

In 2022, he founded HR Rebirth, a company specializing in recruitment, managerial training, HR consulting, and outplacement. He holds certifications in leadership development, corporate coaching, personnel assessment, and project management. A member of the AIDP Lombardia Board of Directors since 2014, he has actively participated in numerous projects as a mentor, career consultant, and speaker.

Since 2022, he has been Team Leader of the "HR and SMEs" project. He has taught for institutions such as Formaper, ESTE, and Treccani’s Edulia MasterClass, and has been a speaker at various workshops and academic events on HR-related topics. Finally, he is the author of several articles published in leading industry journals.
