Messi & Ronaldo
Two men, two legends, two champions, two record breakers, two humans who moved the boundaries.
The Portuguese, born in 1985 to a poor family devastated by his father's alcoholism (who left him at a young age), began his career in his native land, later moving to Manchester United where he immediately appeared a complete player in every aspect: ambidextrous, great flair for goal, strong in the head, excellent physique, fast, a skilful shot-stopper.
The Argentine, born in 1987 in Rosate, has been both kissed and cursed by Mother Nature since childhood, given the enormous talent bestowed upon him.
Such prodigies have shown the world the two sides of the same coin of success in life for men: Messi's side is the pure talent, the divine gift, the gift of genetics, the innate artistry of a play, the inexplicable genius; Ronaldo's side, complementary but different, is instead the unbridled desire to succeed through the hellish stages of preparation, of endless training.
