Description

Two-night stay with breakfast in a Superior Sea View room at Hotel il Pellicano, Località Sbarcatello, 58019 Porto Ercole, Grosseto.

Hotel Il Pellicano is the result of the love story between Michael Graham, a British Royal Air Force (RAF) aviator, and Patsy Daszel, an American socialite and jet-setter. They met—and fell in love—at a party at Pelican Point, California in the mid-1950s. After extensive travel around the world, the couple arrived in Tuscany, on the Monte Argentario peninsula, where they discovered this corner of paradise that reminded them of the place of their first meeting. On this stretch of cliff overlooking the sea, with the magnificent nature of Monte Argentario as a backdrop, Michael and Patsy decided to build Hotel Il Pellicano. In 1965, they inaugurated the property as a private club where they could host friends, feel at home, and fully embrace the concept of La Dolce Vita. And so it was: within a few years, Hotel Il Pellicano became the favorite haunt of many personalities from the worlds of design, fashion, and art, from Charlie Chaplin and Henry Fonda to Gianni Agnelli, Slim Aarons, and Emilio Pucci. In 1979, renowned entrepreneur Roberto Sciò fell in love with the property and purchased it, taking care to maintain the same captivating atmosphere that had already made it unique.

Today, his daughter Marie-Louise, Creative Director and CEO of the Pellicano Hotels group, is at the helm and is the architect of the eclectic combination of modern spirit and timeless charm that characterizes Il Pellicano.

The voucher is valid for the 2026 season, excluding July and August, and is subject to hotel availability.
