TASTING NOTES: ON THE NOSE

Golden yellow with a very fine perlage. It offers an elegant aromatic complexity, with hints of ripe fruit and spices. Notes of peach and nuances of baked apple are discernible. Toasted notes of brioche and bread crust.

TASTING NOTES: ON THE PALATE

On the palate, the aromas perceived on the nose are recognized, and it manages to combine structure, persistence, and vivacity in a balanced manner. It is velvety with additional notes of pear, brioche, spices, and fresh walnut.

WINEMAKING AND AGING

Pinot Noir 60%, Chardonnay 25%, Pinot Meunier 15%.
