Ayala Champagne Brut Majeur, Jeroboam format (3 liters).


A Champagne that perfectly represents the style and philosophy of the Maison: low dosage, predominantly Chardonnay, purity and elegance on the palate.


Type: AOC Champagne Production area: Champagne – 70 crus from the 6 Grands Terroirs: Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Sézannais, Vitryat, Côte des Bar.

Varietal: 50/55% Chardonnay, 30/40% Pinot Noir, 10/15% Meunier

Vinification: Micro-vinifications in 120 small stainless steel vats: each cru, each grape variety, and each vintage are vinified separately to reveal the aromatic characteristics of the terroirs. Reserve wines: minimum 40%.

Dosage: 6 g/l, Brut

Aging on the lees: 3 years

Color: Pale golden yellow with fine bubbles.

Nose: Persistent aromas of citrus, flowers, and white-fleshed fruit emerge on the nose.

Taste: Expressive and delicate on the palate, demonstrating great purity and a perfect balance between freshness and vinosity.

Pairings: The quintessential aperitif Champagne, Brut Majeur will harmoniously accompany any meal: white fish, shellfish, poultry, or cheese platters. AŸ / CHAMPAGNE
