Description

La Collina dei Ciliegi was founded in Erbin, in Valpantena, on the hills north of Verona, where the Gianolli family cultivates its vineyards at altitudes ranging from 400 to 700 metres. “Ciliegio” is the estate’s Amarone. The grapes are dried for at least four months before vinification, and the wine then undergoes a long period of maturation in wood. The 2016 vintage has already benefited from ten years of evolution, while the magnum format is particularly well suited to the ageing of a great red wine. It is a bottle to open for a special occasion or to continue ageing in the cellar.

Technical specifications:

  • Grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella
  • Vintage: 2016
  • Format: Magnum, 1.5 L

Retail value: €250
