Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, opposite and complementary expressions of Franciacorta, are exalted in each other in the cuvées of Brut BIO, Nature Millesimato BIO and Brut Millesimato BIO.
We will take you to the discovery of the cellars, you will go from the modern rooms with steel vats to the room scented with oak where the wines rest in barrique, and then land in the room of refermentation and aging in the bottle.
The tour lasts an hour and thirty and includes: introduction to the territory and the genesis of Ronco Calino, guided tour of the underground cellars and tasting of 3 glasses of Franciacorta, Brut BIO, Nature Millesimato BIO and Brut Millesimato BIO, accompanied by breadsticks and flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO.
