Carnissage, dinner for two
Charity initiative supporting Fondazione Umberto Veronesi Description
The first Carnissage restaurant, which recently opened its doors in Brera, offers its guests a new food experience dedicated to tasting fine meats.
In conceiving the project, entrepreneur Martino Uzzauto combined his expertise in business and lifestyle with the family business, a leader in the sector.
The menus are designed by Executive Chef Gabriele Zanini, who combines experimentation and tradition, following the rhythm of the seasons.
Cult dishes include Pastrami, Scallops Tiradito, Wagyu Rigatone, Cecina di Rubia Gallega.
The gastronomic experience is made even more authentic by the choice of design, entrusted to architect Annalisa Marzorati, who was able to create a sort of scenographic and minimalist temple at the same time.
Commercial value: €150.
This lot has been donated by Carnissage The Beauty of Meat.
