The idea behind “Olio Tiralfa” comes from the continuous search for genuine, a constant commitment to the quality and purity of typical products of the Ibleo area (Sicily). The passion for the land and for local food and wine traditions has led two friends, entrepreneurs and visionaries, to give life to this project that in a few years has brought their oil to the tables of some of the best starred restaurants in Europe as well as being present at various events in the sector, and events such as the lunch of the ministers at the G7 agriculture.
The extra virgin olive oil is obtained exclusively from 100% Italian olives, monocultivar Tonda Iblea, from centuries-old olive trees in the uncontaminated territory of Buccheri (Sicily) C.da Sant Andrea, never treated with chemicals.
The olives are harvested and milled on the same day, according to the cold extraction method, to preserve all their organoleptic qualities.
