Description
Pecher Mignon (1990) original poster made and hand-signed on the bottom left by Gérard Courbouleix–Dénériaz “Razzia”.
Dimensions: 62x80 cm.
The conditions of conservation are perfect.
The poster is delivered framed.
This poster is one of the most particular and least known of Razzia's entire production; in this work Razzia investigates with a typical Jugendstil lexicon, although revisited and updated, a particular chapter of the first quarter of the 20th century, so dear to his vocabulary.
Razzia is one of the greatest artists in the world of posters and advertising illustration of the second half of the 20th century. His style almost always evokes the breath of Art Deco, the golden age of European and American posters. The original subjects of Razzia's posters are hand-made in oil or acrylic, with a pictorial technique, without the use of computer graphics, completed and enriched in the silkscreen transposition by the text, always carefully studied and appropriately placed. The resulting result is at the same time retro and modern, persuasive and incisive, sensual and strong-willed, effectively communicative.
The work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
The lot was donated by L'Estampe di Emanuele Cardellino.
