ROSAMARA is born a few hours after pressing, in the middle of the night, when the must is separated from the skins to establish, together, the right intensity of the color, the peak of the fruity aromas and the richness of the fresh sensations and the persistence of the savory ones.
Grape varieties: 60% Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, Barbera.
Bouquet: Inviting, broad, but at the same time subtle in the most vertical elegance. Light of hawthorn flowers, black cherry and pomegranate.
Silky texture, harmonious, broad rich with excellent persistence and flavor. Very light aftertaste of bitter almond.
