Two hours with the artist, exploring his work, with a signed catalogue to take home

Discover Alex Israel’s creative world in the company of the artist himself. During an approximately two-hour private visit to his Los Angeles studio, Israel will introduce and explain his work directly, offering an opportunity to ask questions and hear the ideas behind his practice in the setting where it takes shape.

Los Angeles is both the backdrop and the subject of Israel’s art. Through painting, sculpture, film and performance, he explores Hollywood, celebrity and the American dream, examining how images shape our understanding of aspiration, identity and success. His work draws on the city’s distinctive visual language, turning familiar symbols into invitations to look more closely. This personal encounter offers collectors and contemporary-art enthusiasts a perspective that extends beyond the gallery: a conversation with the artist about his work, his influences and the city that informs them.

At the end of the visit, Israel will present the successful bidder with a signed copy of one of his catalogues - a lasting memento of the experience.
