Every item ships from our offices, Marketplace lots included: the seller sends the item to Memorabid for a final check and only then do we ship it to you. No buyer's premium, no hidden service fees.
Standard shipping within Italy up to 3 kg: €10, packaging included. The buyer pays no other costs.

Bank transfer
Must be made within 48 hours of the auction closing, like every other method. For totals of €5,000 or more it is the only accepted method.

You have 48 hours to pay for a lot you won. After that, we will charge the total to your registered credit card through Stripe.

Combined shipping
Won more than one lot? They can travel in a single parcel only if no more than 48 hours pass between winning the first and the last lot in the group. Lots won more than 48 hours apart can never be combined.
A rare treasure travels protected for its full value
A shirt worn in a final, a champion's autograph, a piece that exists in no other copy: the items that pass through Memorabid are often one of a kind. That's why insurance is mandatory on every shipment and covers the full winning bid.

- We handle itIf something goes wrong, we deal with the courier ourselves: you don't have to file any claim.
- In proportion to valueThe cost is a small share based on the lot's value: on €1,000 it is €46.30, less than 5%.

Do buyers pay any fees on Memorabid?
No. Memorabid never charges a buyer's premium or any other service fee to the customer: you pay the hammer price plus shipping and mandatory insurance.
How long do I have to pay for a lot I won?
You have 48 hours from winning. The deadline applies to every method, bank transfer included. After 48 hours, the payment is charged through Stripe to your registered credit card.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and PayPal.
Does Memorabid store my card details?
No. Card payments go through Stripe and Memorabid never stores or collects credit card data.
How much does shipping within Italy cost?
Standard national shipping up to 3 kg costs €10 for tier 1 and tier 2 items, packaging included. For oversized items (tier 3) the GLS rate for Italy is €23.
When will I receive my lot?
For Memorabid Auctions we ship within 5 days of receiving payment. Marketplace Auctions take longer: the seller sends the lot to Memorabid by express courier within 5 days of your payment, we check it and then ship it to you.
Can I receive several lots in one shipment?
Yes, if no more than 48 hours pass between winning the first and the last lot to be grouped. Beyond that window, combined shipping is not possible.
Who pays customs duties on shipments outside the EU?
Duties are paid by the customer directly to DHL. The amount depends on the item's value and the destination country's rules, so it cannot be estimated in advance.
